Rachel Allen Bake!

Bake! was Rachel Allen’s first series in the UK. I got the format working and its been recommissioned several times. Bake! is a mix of recipes presented in a three-camera studio, sequences with a Rachel teaching a team of students in a cooking school, and visits out to inspirational food producers.

I have picked this clip not because of my filming especially, but because Richard Bertinet is a genius baker. His methods here are truly surprising, but they work. After filming this I now make almost all my own bread by hand using his method.
